The view is fantastic and the accomodations were excellent. Loved the decorating, cozy and classy. Good bathrooms and kitchen. The house was immaculate...I will be back!!

Our trip here was wonderful. It was great to walk out the door to our boat. Our 6 year old son learned to water ski during our trip. The lake was so calm and had many wonderful coves to explore. This was our first time on douglas lake but we will definitely be back again. Your home was so comfortable and we plan on returning next summer! Thank you for sharing your home with us. Thank you so much for sharing your comfortable home with us. This is the first time in a long time I was able to get my dad to come somewhere with us. He was able to fish from the dock and had a great time doing it.

Shoreline: Only about 17 percent of the shoreline is developed; the remainder is controlled by the TVA. Rolling hills of farmland and residential areas surround the lake.
The water level in Douglas Reservoir varies about 41 feet in a normal year. The lake is at full pool June 1 through Labor Day. TVA, precipitation and the weather all affect the level of Douglas Lake.
